Please note: NG Employment Network is a division of Corporate American Supports You (CASY) and the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN), and as such falls under all policies for the parent organization(s) as listed below.

Personal information collected is FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO) and protected under the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a). Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of this PERSONAL INFORMATION by any party, may result in disciplinary action, criminal and/or civil penalties.

PRINCIPLE PURPOSES: To be used by members of the CASY team, to include its staff, independent contractors, and partner organization(s) connected through Memorandums of Understanding in support of military employment initiatives.

ROUTINE USES: To facilitate career placement assistance and render support to military affiliated job seekers.

DISCLOSURE: Personal Identifiable Information disclosure by the job seeker is voluntary, however, some information is required to complete registration. Failure to provide all the requested information could delay employment assistance. All information provided on the registration site is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and placed on a secure cloud-based server. Only individuals who have been identified to have “need to know” access, to assist in your career search, have access to your information.

Corporate America Supports You (CASY) has added this information to explain why we collect information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our Web site and IBM Recruit Management System. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for websites managed by CASY & MSCCN, to include but not limit, the URL  http://ngemploymentnetwork.com.

What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information

Our applicant registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, address, interests, and similar information.

CASY is aware of the need to keep private information secure and confidential. We consider this a top priority. We do not collect any information about you that can identify you as an individual except for the information collected to register as an applicant or to donate to the organization. We do not share any additional information with any other group, and do not sell any names or mailing lists to outside groups. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers. It is the policy of CASY not to sell or distribute any private information of our donors, applicants, or other users.

Unlike other organizations, we do not allow companies to have access to the candidate information in our IBM system. We share resumes and work directly with companies to place military and veterans into jobs with the permission of those we work with, but we do not allow these companies access to any files.

Security

All information provided to CASY is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our Site that is only accessible by certain qualified individuals of CASY. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information, but we can guarantee that we do not share or allow access to any of the information you provide, and we do everything possible to protect the information we have been entrusted with.
