A Grassroots movement with a focus on NG Employment

Launched in 2018, the NGEN Employment Council is the advisory council for NGEN, focused on addressing employment challenges faced by NG families.  This grassroots effort finds real solutions to career impediments by "Leveraging Opportunities and Vocations for Employment" across the 54 states, territories, and district!

NGEN, through it's employment council, is cultivating a Network of Volunteers focused on growing real solutions to Career Readiness and Job Placement in the Guard Community. 

We invite you to become a part of this exciting expansion, as we branch out across the U.S.

and establish roots!
